Digital Delivery Policy

Digital products only

Solara Health products are downloadable PDF files. No physical item is packed or shipped, and no shipping fee should be charged for a digital-only order.

How delivery works

  1. Complete checkout using a valid email address.
  2. After successful payment, your download link is normally shown on the confirmation page and/or sent by email.
  3. Open the link and save the file to your device for personal use.

If the email does not arrive, check spam and promotions folders. If the link or file is inaccessible, contact hello@solarahealth.co.za with your order number and checkout email.

Personal-use licence

Your purchase is for your own personal use. Files may not be copied for distribution, shared publicly, resold or used to create a competing product.
