Digital products and delivery
Products are supplied as digital files. No physical item is shipped. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading and saving your files after purchase. Delivery and access issues are handled under our Digital Delivery Policy.
Orders and payment
Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We may cancel or refuse an order where payment is not completed, information appears inaccurate, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
Personal-use licence
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the digital files for your own personal use. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with Solara Health or the relevant rights holder.

Refunds and access problems
Digital purchases are generally final once access has been supplied. Duplicate charges, incorrect files, corrupt files, access failures and products materially different from their descriptions will be reviewed under our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website or products for an unlawful purpose, attempt to interfere with the website or checkout, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, or infringe the rights of Solara Health or another person.
Third-party services
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, email and digital-delivery services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices. Solara Health is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.
No guaranteed outcomes
Solara Health does not guarantee weight, appearance, fitness, health or other outcomes. You remain responsible for deciding whether an activity or recommendation is appropriate for your abilities, circumstances and environment.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solara Health is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or digital products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
